the bottle bill

The Connecticut Recyclers Coalition supports legislation to add deposits to water, juice and other beverage containers.  It supports legislation to increase the deposit to 10 cents.  As well, the CRC asks that the un-refunded deposits be directed to the DEP and municipalities to enhance recycling programs.
