Even in a small state like Connecticut there are a great number of recycling operations worthy of visiting.  The CRC takes advantage of this situation by organizing one or more “No-Frills Tours” each year.  Over the course of its history, the CRC has taken members and friends to plastics recyclers, transfer stations, reuse centers and glass factories.
